The Paradise Unified School District recently qualified for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) grant, which is a non-pricing meal service option for schools and school districts in low-income areas. As a result, all Paradise Elementary School students will be eligible for no-cost breakfasts and lunches. You will not need to complete a free/reduced lunch application as in previous school years.
Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 7:35 to 8:05 a.m. Students must be in line to be served breakfast by 7:45 a.m. Students who elect not to have breakfast may go to the cafeteria for “second chance breakfast” during their snack recess.
